Being a cabinet maker’s son, I have always looked for the potential in a piece of lumber.

Over the years, I have been able to acquire the sense to find the potential in the raw piece of wood.
I have been able to remove only what is required in a log to reveal the inner beauty.
Many times I have been amazed by the beauty of, what seems, an ordinary piece of wood.

Most of the boxes made are with local wood with some exotic wood accents. In most cases, the wood is oiled (to bring out the grain) and clear finished.
